BEING VEGAN: A Glorious Dinner

What do you get when you have tons of leftover veggies and 15-minutes to make dinner?  THIS!!  Includes: peanut oil, garlic, onion, celery, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, cauliflower, s/p and paprika and turmeric for garnish.  Our dinners rock.
